Cellar Checkpoint Sheets

Pin cellar stops, owners, and the wording later hands will reuse.

A cellar sheet names each hospitality stop, who owns it, and the continue-or-pause wording later hands should reuse. It is a consistency page, not a health-grade record and not a liquor-license filing.
