Note
Align the flight note before you start
Extra loops often come from mismatched flight scope, not from a shortage of aroma adjectives.
Before an amber frame is drafted, four items should already be named: why the round exists, where a pour stops, when the note says pause, and who carries the page. Naming those four items usually shortens the next conversation more than hunting for a new aroma word. This is a habit note. It is not a bottle sale, not a safety certificate, and not a tasting score.
- Write the purpose before the aroma words
- Ask one question per checkpoint
- Use the same continue or pause language
- Update the sheet instead of creating a side conversation
